I qualified as a primary care clinical Pharmacist in 1988. I completed my masters degree in Homeopathy
in 2000, with special interest in the areas of  hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. In 2003, I completed a one year postgraduate diploma in Unani-Tibb naturopathic medicine, which is based on the
Hippocratic temperament. I have also completed a post graduate course in Chinese medicine and a Travel Medicine course which assists people with their health related problems when they are travelling.

My special interest lies in utilizing the Dorm-Breuss physical manipulative method, which is an effective and safe treatment for back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pains, as well as numbness in hands and arms. It is also effective for eliminating headaches and migraines. The Dorn-Breuss therapy releases tension of the nerves in the spinal column which controls the internal organs.
Because of this other symptoms which were being experienced either improve or disappear.

In conjunction with the Dorn-Breuss therapy I use a method called Bio-Energetic Synchronisation Technique (BEST) and (EFT) or Emotional Freedom Technique. These two techniques assist to reduce
mental stresses and negative emotions.
Many physical symptons are the result of emotions, past and present. BEST and EFT effectively stop
the continous negative effect that these emotions and stresses exert on us everyday.....Once the negative emotions are controlled, many diseases can be treated successfully.

Depending on your situation, I might use homeopathic medicine, herbs and minerals and recommend eating plans according to your temperament and blood type.
Negative emotions, continuous stresses, incorrect foods and environmental toxins can corrupt your body, mind and spirit, if not now, then later..........

As a Christian, I believe we can do everything through Christ which strengtheneth us. (Phil, 4:13)
